This was the one-of-a-kind collection shown in Paris, France in March of 2008. This group of Sybarites has survived the apocalypse and travel the globe looking for any surviving Haute Couture garments. Each doll wears pure white wig in a "shaved" style bearing but a long pastice from behind their ears. The "shaved" portion of their heads bearing remnants of a "halo" in silver leaf. It appears as though they may have found this "halo" on a scavenging expedition and shared it among the tribe.

These dolls are manic_cure dolls. They are made in French resin with the Generation II body and the special manic_cure hands. MoSis who is the original concept doll & key piece in this collection has the standard style hands from the Generation II body style.

This collection was the first sign of things to come. The makers with this collection, it's use of exquisite fabrics and itŐs supreme eye for detailing reminds us of the earlier works done by the Superdoll one-of-a-kind brand. These custom French laces lined in outlandish fluorescent colours are a perfect example of how reinvention and a "new eye" is applied by the creators to almost all oon-of-a-kind works.

Although the exquisite laces and the Haute Couture in miniature of this collection is phenomenal, the true beauty of this collection lies in their original exhibition. These dolls were not exhibited in any form of normal light, and the exhibition was shown to the 30 privee guests in total darkness except for black light. Under black light each dolls' make up and outfit transforms to present something completely different to what we see in normal light. Deception continues as the day after the "actual" exibit of this collection, the entire collection was moved to a different room and presented to the "press & public" in a different light! The conclusive piece is a doll, a further show piece, that like Mosis, was not shown in the exhibit. She has a skintone of matte black & bears a "chunk" of red glass on her forehead and a full "halo."
